Update to 0.16

This update hasn't changed a super large number of things from the player's perspective, except for a typo in one of the campaigns that I found. Otherwise the engine has had a few updates:

• Code has been generally cleaned up
• A few events have been added
• A bug fixed with one existing event (the one that deletes everything in the player's inventory, sometimes it could've failed to get everything)
• On non-windows platforms, the terminal should be a little more cooperative with scrollback (using the arrow keys) and other such nice things. The "last" command is still there as the library used for this isn't available on Windows without some minor work, which I was just too lazy to do
• The "help" command now takes an optional argument that will print out help for a specific command instead of only allowing you to get the entire full list every time

Save games and campaigns from 0.14 will work fine with 0.16 as the format and organization of saves and campaigns is still the same
